The portal, developed under the World Bank-financed Assam Citizen Centric Service Delivery Project by the Administrative Reforms and Training Department, enables citizens to apply for notified services online. It also promotes proactive disclosure of citizens’ entitlements under the Act and provides procedures for accessing online services.

• SMS alerts to applicant and Designated officials
• Acknowledgement receipt on application submission
• Dashboard for real time monitoring
• Online tracking of status of application
• Process automation
• Online appeal provision for non-delivery/ delay in providing services
• Lodge online grievance
• Information repository of RTPS Services.

Nearly 600 services are currently available and being utilized by citizens. Under the direction of Assam’s Chief Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma, the portal aims to onboard a total of 800 services.
