RailMADAD
The Rail Madad application has been developed to enable Railway passengers to lodge a complaint or give suggestions through the UMANG app and the facility to track the live status of complaints. The objective of this portal is to enhance the experience of Railway passengers with a swift and satisfactory resolution of complaints.
Services
Train Complaint: This service provides citizens to lodge a complaint or give suggestions for a selected incident date (current date or past four dates). Citizens can mention the train number followed by the UTS number, or the user can enter the PNR number followed by the incident date to complain.
Station Complaint: This service provides citizens to lodge a station-related complaint or suggestion for a selected incident date (current date or past four dates).
Track Your Complaint: This service allows citizens to track their lodged complaints related to a train or station by providing the reference number.
Freight/Parcel Inquiry: This service allows citizens to lodge an inquiry or complaint related to a freight or parcel inquiry for a selected incident date (current date or 30 date).
