MoSJE Unified Portal

MoSJE Unified Portal

India’s Department of Social Justice and Empowerment operates 33+ independent digital portals serving millions of beneficiaries across welfare schemes for Scheduled Castes, OBCs, De-notified Tribes, Senior Citizens, Transgender Persons, and Safai Karamcharis. To eliminate fragmentation and deliver seamless digital governance, NeGD is developing the MoSJE Unified Portal — a single-window platform consolidating all scheme applications, beneficiary services, grievance redressal, and administrative functions.

The portal features Single Sign-On, Aadhaar e-KYC, DigiLocker document verification, PFMS-linked fund tracking, multilingual support via Bhashini, and WCAG 2.2 accessibility compliance. Built on a modular microservices architecture, it includes dynamic forms, workflow engines for approvals, AI-powered chatbot assistance, GIS-based inspection modules, and real-time analytics dashboards for data-driven policy-making.

The platform ensures interoperability through integration with UMANG, NGO Darpan, and Jan Samarth. Compliant with GIGW 3.0 standards, DBIM framework, and CERT-In security protocols, the Unified Portal transforms social justice delivery — providing transparent, efficient, and inclusive governance for Indias most vulnerable communities.
