In January 2020, this Center of Excellence was established in cooperation with the Telangana government, the Software Technology Park of India, the Ministry of Electronics and IT, and the gaming industry to offer resources to start-ups in the fields of gaming, animation, VFX, computer vision, and AI. These resources include funding, technology support and mentorship. Through its incubation center, it provides integrated programs, CVLAB, and Game Lab to help start-ups scale up. The facility is now recognized as IMAGE.

For start-ups, the IMAGE accelerator program offers superior plug-and-play co-working space. It provides access to the ecosystem, which includes investors, seed money, mentors, IP owners, and a platform to assist with the GoToMarket approach.
