DIKSHA
Under the direction of the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India, the nationwide Council for Educational Research and Training (NCERT) launched the nationwide platform for school education known as DIKSHA (Digital Infrastructure for Knowledge Sharing). DIKSHA was introduced in 2017 by the honourable Vice President of India, Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu. Since then, practically every state, union territory and federal autonomous body or board, including CBSE, has accepted DIKSHA.
Teachers and students all around the nation can use DIKSHA, which presently supports 36 Indian languages. Since each State and UT is free to choose how to use the platform’s many features and solutions to create and implement programs for educators, students and administrators, they each make unique use of it.
