The National e-Governance Division (NeGD), under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), is organizing a focused awareness workshop on the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 for officers of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) on 3 August 2026 at the India International Centre (IIC), 40, Max Mueller Marg, New Delhi. The workshop aims to enhance participants' understanding of the key provisions of the DPDP Act and its practical implications for statutory bodies such as IBBI. It will provide a comprehensive overview of the legal framework governing personal data protection and highlight the responsibilities of organizations in ensuring compliance with the Act.
