NeGD Organizes DPDP Act Awareness Workshop for Officers of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI)
The National e-Governance Division (NeGD), under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), organized a focused awareness workshop on the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 for officers of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) at the India International Centre (IIC), New Delhi. The workshop was conducted as part of NeGD’s ongoing awareness and capacity-building initiatives to strengthen understanding of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 among government ministries, departments, statutory bodies and public sector organizations. The programme brought together officers of IBBI to deliberate on the Act’s provisions, implementation requirements, and its relevance to statutory bodies.
