Digital India Talk Show cum Interactive Session conducted at Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut
A Digital India Talk Show cum Interactive Session was conducted at the Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, on April 13, 2026, engaging over 500 students and faculty members. The session aimed at enhancing awareness of Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), cybersecurity, and emerging technologies among the youth. Expert sessions by the National e-Governance Division (NeGD) covered key initiatives such as DigiLocker, UMANG, API Setu, MeriPehchaan, Academic Bank of Credits (ABC), National Academic Depository (NAD), and APAAR ID, along with insights on cybersecurity and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The interactive session included discussions, Q&A and a Digital India Quiz, followed by a prize distribution ceremony. The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Kapil, Dean, SITE.
