Digital India Talk Show at Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology
The National e-Governance Division (NeGD), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology conducted a Digital India Awareness University Workshop- the Digital India Talk Show at the Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi on September 12, 2025.
Director, NeGD Shri Abhishek Anant and Prof. Neelam Sharma, Director, MAIT inaugurated the event and addressed the students with their insightful remarks.
The workshop included sessions on key initiatives under the Government’s flagship programme- Digital India viz. DigiLocker, Cybersecurity & Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, UMANG, myScheme, Open Forge, Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) – National Academic Depository (NAD), and Visvesvaraya PhD Scheme.
A ‘Digital India Quiz’ was also organised which received an enthusiastic response with 20 students winning the Digital India merchandise bag.
