DI Talk Show cum Interactive Session at Ajeenkya DY Patil University, Pune
A Digital India Talk Show cum Interactive Session was organised at Ajeenkya DY Patil University, Pune, on April 27, 2026, engaging over 350 students and faculty members. The session focused on Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), emerging technologies, cybersecurity and citizen-centric digital governance initiatives. The programme began with addresses by Dr. Prashant Kumbharkar, Dean, School of Engineering, and Dr. Rakeshkumar Jain, Vice Chancellor, Ajeenkya DY Patil University, highlighting the importance of digital empowerment and innovation for academia. Experts from the National e-Governance Division (NeGD) conducted sessions on DigiLocker, API Setu, MeriPehchaan, UMANG, myScheme, cybersecurity and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The event also featured interactive discussions, a Digital India Quiz and prize distribution ceremony, encouraging active student participation.
