This specially curated programme is designed to acquaint the government officials with digital governance and data management principles, tools, techniques,and practices so that they can efficiently participate in digital governance projects, can propose where digital theme fits into government organizations, can recommen  how to manage government data, and can innovate ways to leverage data better for effective governance. They will also come to know where digital security and privacy is heading to, how to maintain a data-driven focus, and how to govern digital personal data protection well. The “real-life” examples being covered in the programme will be of immense help to them to adjust, re-engineer and improve the governance processes, which in turn will empower the officers to have critical insights about governance disruptions brought about by the Digital India Act. They will also gather the basic skills to handle consent management, digital rights management, and intellectual property rights, to work with digital and data experts toward making better decisions, and take part in digital transformational projects in the government.
