The National e-Governance Division (NeGD), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), conducted an Awareness Session on the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules for officials of the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) on August 11, 2026. The session, addressed by Mr. Soumavo Majumder, Data Privacy Expert, NeGD, brought together officials from Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Lakshadweep, and Kerala.

The National e-Governance Division (NeGD), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), conducted an Awareness Session on the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 for officials of the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) on August 7, 2026.

In its ongoing endeavour to strengthen digital awareness and literacy among young citizens, the National e-Governance Division (NeGD), under the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), organised a Digital India Talk Show and Interactive Session at Cotton University, Guwahati.

The National e-Governance Division (NeGD), Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, in collaboration with the Department of Information Technology & Communication (DoIT&C), Government of Rajasthan, organised a one-day Digital India State Awareness Workshop on Strengthening Adoption of Digital India Platforms on July 24, 2026, at the Bhamashah Techno Hub (BTTH), Jaipur.

The National e-Governance Division (NeGD), Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, organised a Digital India Talk Show at the University of Rajasthan in Jaipur on July 23, 2026. The programme was conducted to familiarise students and faculty members with key Digital India initiatives and India's rapidly expanding Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) ecosystem.

As part of its efforts to promote digital awareness and citizen-centric governance, the National e-Governance Division (NeGD), Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, in collaboration with the Department of Consumer Affairs, organised a Digital India Workshop at the premises of the National Test House (NTH), Jaipur, on July 23, 2026.

The National e-Governance Division (NeGD), under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), organized a focused awareness workshop on the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, for officers of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) at the India International Centre (IIC), New Delhi.

The National e-Governance Division (NeGD), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), in collaboration with the Department of Information Technology & Communication, Nagaland, organised a Digital India State Awareness Workshop on July 30, 2026.

As a part of its continued outreach efforts, the National e-Governance Division (NeGD), Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, in collaboration with the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), Kohima, organised a Digital India Talk Show at the institute's Conference Hall on July 31, 2026.

The National e-Governance Division (NeGD), under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, in partnership with the Information Technology Department, Government of Assam, organised a Workshop on Government Digital Initiatives at the Assam Administrative Staff College, Khanapara, Guwahati, on June 3, 2026. The workshop focused on building awareness around the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and familiarising government officials with key Digital India platforms including DigiLocker, Entity Locker, UMANG and myScheme.
