NeGD’s ‘Ask Our Experts’ Episode 33 focuses on Ease of UAN Activation and Face Authentication Through UMANG App

The National e-Governance Division (NeGD), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), conducted the 33rd episode of its interactive show- ‘Ask Our Experts’ on October 3, 2025. The episode, broadcast LIVE, focused on the new mandatory process of Universal Account Number (UAN) generation and activation exclusively through the UMANG app, leveraging Aadhaar-based facial authentication technology for enhanced security, accuracy, and user convenience.
