Transfer of Technology for “Visible Light Communication Solutions – NLOS VICINITY & ILLUMINATE” developed under MeitY supported project
The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), Chennai has developed two Visible Light Communication enabled solutions, namely, (i) A Non-Line Of Sight Approach for Visible Light Communication based Indoor PosITioning SYstem (NLOS-VICINITY) and (ii) VIsibLe Light CommUnication enabled Smart Indoor LightiNg And Control SysTEm (ILLUMINATE).
A Giant Leap Towards Aatmanirbharta in Defence Technology
The Military College of Telecommunication Engineering (MCTE), on behalf of the Indian Army, and the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), formalized a strategic partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a Centre of Excellence (CoE) at MCTE, Mhow.

A two-day Cyber Security Workshop for State Leaderships, CISOs, and Deputy CISOs of the Government of Uttar Pradesh was organised at Yojana Bhawan, Lucknow, from November 11 – 12, 2024. Organized by the Center for e-Governance, Department of IT & Electronics, Government of Uttar Pradesh, in collaboration with the National e-Governance Division (NeGD), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), the workshop brought together over 150 participants from various state departments.
Cyber Security Workshop for CISOs, Dy. CISOs, and Technical Officers of Kerala
A three-day Cyber Security Workshop for Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), Deputy CISOs, and Technical Officers of the Government of Kerala has commenced at Hotel Dimora, Thiruvananthapuram from November 12 – 14, 2024. This initiative, organized by the Kerala State IT Mission (KSITM) under the Department of Electronics & IT, Government of Kerala, in collaboration with the National e-Governance Division (NeGD), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), has brought together over 100 participants from various state departments.
NeGD organises State Capacity Building Workshop on Emerging Technology in Arunachal Pradesh under Digital India Program
The National e-Governance Division (NeGD), under the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), organised a State Capacity Building Workshop on Emerging Technologies in collaboration with the Government of Arunachal Pradesh. National Internet Exchange of India unveils new office at World Trade Centre
The National Internet Exchange of India (NIXI) today celebrated the grand inauguration of its new office at the World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi. The event was presided over by Sh.
