A one-day capacity-building workshop on the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and DPDP Rules, 2025 for officials. The workshop aims to strengthen awareness, understanding and institutional capacity among government departments for effective implementation of the DPDP Act and Rules, with a focus on practical requirements for handling and protecting personal data in government systems and services. The initiative is intended to provide government officials with a clearer understanding of their responsibilities under the new data protection framework and support departments in building robust, secure and compliant data-handling practices.
