User Experience for Government Applications (UX4G) is an initiative under the Digital India Programme, being implemented by the National e-Governance Division (NeGD) under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, to render digital applications more user-friendly and make the experience enjoyable for end-users. The UX4G initiative focuses on optimizing the user experience of e-governance services to:
